Prep Expert had a large audience - but needed to implement better strategies to monetize them. Our team proposed a migration to newer software, and a re-design of their existing owned media strategy.
What We Did
We used our experience as brand owners, and our work with dozens of other clients to help re-design their front end offer, automations, and campaign strategy to focus on the core value propositions that excited new users.
By providing them with a dedicated project manager, graphic designer, copywriter, and account strategist we make sure that owned media assets are continually created, deployed, and measured.
This allows them to maximize revenue driven from their audience - adding efficiency to both paid media, and the bottom line.
The Results
After the migration took full effect we were able to:
- Increase email and SMS campaign revenue by over 100%
- Double email open rates from 23% to 46%
- Increased click volume from 562 monthly clicks, to over 8400 monthly clicks driven by owned media
- Increased automation revenue by 56%
